rsync - Oct 2002 - partial transfer (code 23) at main.c(925) error

I 'have this problem to syncronize two remote big directory

i use rsync like this:

/usr/local/bin/rsync -vur --force --delete --progress --stats --ignore-errors 
- -e ssh  --rsync-path=/usr/local/bin/rsync backup@mysite.com: 
/backup/mysite.com


but sometime the exit with

total size is 1935678278  speedup is 1.39
rsync error: partial transfer (code 23) at main.c(925)

and the backup is half :-(((

Can anyone can help me?

P.S. it's two FreeBSD System with rsync  version 2.5.5  protocol version 26

P.S.2. the user can write on target machine and read from remote server
