rsync transfers always all files
Hello,
I have a problem with rsync and it looks like this way. I use this command
to sync to folders. It's my home directory on my Mac Book P. and a Samba
share on an Debian Linux Server.
rsync -vur --delete /Users/tom/ /Volumes/<share on SambaServer>/backup/tom/
I use this command a long time and with my local HD and an USB connected

Hi All,
I'm new to this group so please be gentle, I have scoured the internet and gone
all through the archives & FAQ's looking for an answer to this.
I'm using v2.5.5 of rsync which I compiled from source on a Solaris 9 box. I'm
connecting to a Linux machine over SSH and pulling files back to me.
The section from the log that shows the error with vvv verbosity is...

modulus operator gets syntax error (PR#925)
Full_Name: M. Edward Borasky
Version: 1.2.2
OS: both Windows 2000 and Red Hat Linux 7.1
Submission from: (NULL) (208.130.245.188)
According to the R language manual, "%" is the modulus operator. However, on
both Windows and Linux, I get a syntax error when I type
records <- 100000
records % 1000
I tried wrapping the operands with "as.integer ()" but that didn't help

tree connect failed: NT_STATUS_BAD_NETWORK_NAME
Hi,
I can't get access to any shares when running "smbclient //DUCK/test -U
Dominic". I'm getting the message:
tree connect failed: NT_STATUS_BAD_NETWORK_NAME
I'm pretty sure it's authenticating properly as it says "session setup ok"
in the debug output. If I enter the wrong password I get:
"session setup failed: NT_STATUS_LOGON_FAILURE"

Incoming side of SIP trunk does not work unless I add "insecure=very"
The incoming (Class 5 switch to Asterisk PBX) side of a SIP trunk does not
work unless I add "insecure=very" to my "Outgoing settings", but I don't
want to do that. I do want to authenticate. Outgoing (Asterisk PBX to
Class 5 switch) calls do authenticate and work.
