wine users - Sep 2011 - wine errors opening and closeing program

i have a chat program when i try and open the program i get this error OLE error
800004001
only if a config file is their if their is none opens fine

when i close the program i get the same error and if i run it thought a terminal
window i get this out put when closing

Try 'winetricks msxml6'. http://wiki.winehq.org/winetricks

msxml6 didnt work but i tryed msxml3 and that did it
