wine users - Apr 2011 - trying to install WoW

whenever I try to install it using wine I get this error
wine: cannot find L"C:\\windows\\system32\\InstallWoW.exe"
If anyone can help me figure out how to fix this please leave a message

I am unsure how to fix this

Launching it in terminal it says cocreateinstance apartment not iniitalised and
internetset option error
