wine users - Mar 2011 - Will wine natively support HTML?

Hi,
there are a lot of mature HTML library to parse&process&render the web
page,such as Webkit.But I learned that wine is also support HTML processing.
Is it true that wine natively supports web rendering without using Gecko?

Why do you care which library Wine uses?
