This means that users usually broke some configurations and the best way to clean a mess of installed dlls, winetricks and some other stuff in order to revert wine to an initial state is to remove, rename or move the ".wine" directory your home folder has (wine will create another clear one in the same location). After that if you continue to have trouble post back explaining it.
