wine users - Dec 2010 - Installing iTunes on Linux Mint Isadora 9

I am new to Linux but have been trying to follow various suggestions on
installing iTunes on Isadora 9.

I downloaded iTunesSetup72.exe but when I double-click on it I get the following
message:

The file '/home/italianvino/Desktop/iTunesSetup72.exe' is not marked as
executable.  If this was downloaded or copied form an untrusted source, it may
be dangerous to run.  For more details, read about the executable bit.

When I right-click on it from the Firefox Download window and select
"Open", I get this message:

Archive:  /tmp/iTunesSetup72.exe
[/tmp/iTunesSetup72.exe]
  End-of-central-directory signature not found.  Either this file is not
  a zipfile, or it constitutes one disk of a multi-part archive.  In the
  latter case the central directory and zipfile comment will be found on

zipinfo:  cannot find zipfile directory in one of /tmp/iTunesSetup72.exe or
          /tmp/iTunesSetup72.exe.zip, and cannot find
/tmp/iTunesSetup72.exe.ZIP, period.[/b][/b]


I believe I have configured Wine correctly but don't know.  Any help would
be appreciated.

chmod +x /home/italianvino/Desktop/iTunesSetup72.exe



And try again. Don't forget to read AppDB's entry for iTunes. There are
some issues with running it.
