wine users - Jan 2010 - winemenubuilder and wineserver [BIG PROBLEM with CPU]

Hi, i am very new to Linux system, sorry if it's noob question

In the last days after installing Half-Life 2 (In Russian) and ProStreet (also
in Russian) and playing them CPU was oveloaded with winemenubuilder and
wineserver process. i read at bugzilla that removing items with cyrillic from
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Wine\MenuFiles can fix the problem but i can't
remove items from there because of:

can anyone fix the problem? either fixing registry editor or fixing whole wine
problem.

forgot to mention that i have wine v.1.1.37 and ubuntu 9.10

GUYS i fixed it by removing application shortcuts with cyrillic from here:
/home/alex/.local/share/applications/wine and here
/home/alex/.config/menus and then removed all the application from here:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Wine\MenuFiles
everything works like a charm
