wine users - Sep 2009 - World of Warcraft laptop power problem

I installed Wine and WoW on my laptop with Ubuntu 9.04. Everthing worked fine
until today. I mostly play with my power adapter attached to laptop. When I
start WoW power connection interrupts and laptop goes on battery every few
seconds, until i close WoW. It's like WoW is sucking all the power.

wine version is 1.0.1
wow version 3.1
laptop: acer aspire 5920G

Check your distribution's repositories for a newer version of Wine and 
update to that and see if it makes a difference. 1.0.1 is listed as the 
"stable" version but it is old enough that you miss out on many fixes
in
newer versions.

nope, installing latest wine version did't helped

It seems that the problem is with my power adapter, because I ran the game on
win XP and same things happened. Sorry.
