wine users - Aug 2008 - Run-time error '429': ActiveX component can't create objec

Hi there,

I've been trying to crack this for a while now and have made no progress,
whenever I run my exe in wine from the console I get:

Run-time error '429':

ActiveX component can't create object.

Looks like it needs msscript.ocx. I'm not sure if that can be installed with
winetricks. You could copy it from a windowspartition into
~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system32/

and then register it : "regsvr32 msscript.ocx"

Maybe that 'll get you a bit further
