I'm trying to install iTunes, but whenever I start up the installer, it works for a few seconds before saying it's done, with some errors. And then nothing happens.
Sounds like this bug: http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=13575 The AppDB is the best place to start for info on specific apps: http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=application&iId=1347

As far as I know, it's the latest version of iTunes, if not the second-to latest. Unless you've updated in the past week, I've got the current version of Wine, as well. And apparently, I'm using "Linux thek3vin-desktop 2.6.24-17-generic #1 SMP Thu May 1 14:31:33 UTC 2008 i686 GNU/Linux." I don't know if the time and date are really necessary, but it's in the line.
