I am wondering what is code freeze ? :)
Code freeze is a process to stabilise code. New features become restricted. Regressions ie faults that did not exist in older versions of the application become the most critically focused on. Adding new features can and new bugs to chase down. Code freeze is all about reducing numbers of bugs.
it means the developers focus on bug fixing rather than adding new features. Dean b0rka7a wrote:> I am wondering what is code freeze ? :) > > > > > >
I think it's fan-bloody-tastic that the Wine team are working towards a release that concentrates on fixing bugs rather than accepting new code that may cause regressions.
