Logcheck devel - May 2004 - templates cleanup

Hi!

 I suggest the following changes to the templates files:

isn't the prefix "logcheck-"?

well the line with local is also not enterly correct,
we both look for the file named "local" as for files prefixed local-.
better just mention the prefix "local-", 
so that people use local-exim and so on..
