Hi all, everything is in the title. How do I upgrade my xcp server to the last version. It is not actually a production server, but, is there have conditions/precautions I should care ? You should be able to boot from the ISO for XCP 1.1 and it should detect that XCP 1.0 and offer to upgrade it to XCP 1.1. -----Original Message----- From: xen-users-bounces@lists.xensource.com [mailto:xen-users-bounces@lists.xensource.com] On Behalf Of sebastien PROUFF Sent: Monday, November 14, 2011 2:32 AM To: xen-users@lists.xensource.com Subject: [Xen-users] xcp 1.0 to 1.1 upgrade Hi all, everything is in the title. What about pools? Will it still work? I didn''t think pools can have the two versions mixed. -Dustin On Mon, Nov 14, 2011 at 10:41 AM, <admin@xenhive.com> wrote:> You should be able to boot from the ISO for XCP 1.1 and it should detect > that XCP 1.0 and offer to upgrade it to XCP 1.1. > > -----Original Message----- > From: xen-users-bounces@lists.xensource.com > [mailto:xen-users-bounces@lists.xensource.com] On Behalf Of sebastien PROUFF > Sent: Monday, November 14, 2011 2:32 AM > To: xen-users@lists.xensource.com > Subject: [Xen-users] xcp 1.0 to 1.1 upgrade > > Hi all, > > everything is in the title. > How do I upgrade my xcp server to the last version. > It is not actually a production server, but, is there have > conditions/precautions I should care ? > > Regards > > -- > Sébastien > > > _______________________________________________ > Xen-users mailing list > Xen-users@lists.xensource.com > http://lists.xensource.com/xen-users > > > > _______________________________________________ > Xen-users mailing list > Xen-users@lists.xensource.com > http://lists.xensource.com/xen-users >_______________________________________________ Xen-users mailing list Xen-users@lists.xensource.com http://lists.xensource.com/xen-users

The guidelines on this page are for an older version of XenServer, but they should still apply for XCP 1.0 to 1.1. Mike
