[R] Large number of covariates in survival regressions
I am trying to run a survival time regression (no time dependence so exponential distribution) with a fairly large but not huge number of right hand side variables (about 60). r seems to not be able to estimate coefficients or standard errors for many of the covariates but can for some of the covariates, so I don't think this is a missing values problem. Stata does not have the same problem (although it is slow). Any thoughts?
