dovecot - Sep 2011 - Filter Mail to Pipe to External Program

Hello all!

How do I add a filter that would pipe the mail message (containing a
certain "To:" field) to some other program?

I am running Dovecot 1.0.15.

Pipe it when? When it's delivered? Probably better to do it in MTA instead
of Dovecot.
