(1) You haven't found the right anything. It's time you learned some
mathematics if you are going to deal with mathematical concepts
like ``slope''. And ``mean''.
(2) Is this a homework question?
(3) Define clearly what you mean by ``mean slope''. Write down a
mathematical
expression for this. The answer is then obvious.
No R function required.
