You can load() the data file:
load("/path/to/drosEmbryoRMA.rda")
or install the package as instructed:
install.packages("/path/to/drosEmbryo.tar.gz", repos=NULL) # linux or
mac :-)
install.packages("/path/to/drosEmbryo.zip", repos=NULL) # windows :-(
