Hello everyone! I did a search, didn't quite find what I was looking for. I should warn you I'm not very good at programming. I am trying to do a simulation. I have generated data in two separate files. I want to do a MANOVA, using the files as my categorical variable. Each files has 4 variables that I generated with the rmnorm() method, the only difference between them is that I used different means. Any ideas?
