We have a Sun v890, and I''m interested converting existing ZFS zpool
from c#t#d# to MPxIO.

I''ve done some testing with a v880 and ZFS seems to support MPxIO with
no issues:

After running # stmsboot -e, MPxIO will be enabled for fp on the v890, but
I''m not sure where to go from there. Is ZFS smart enough to recognize
MPxIO changes? Does anyone have any recommendations?
Thanks,

Is ZFS smart enough to recognize MPxIO changes? Does anyone have any recommendations?Yes. You can check the devids of the vdevs that make up the pool, and you''ll see that they don''t change under mpxio. James C. McPherson -- Solaris kernel software engineer Sun Microsystems
