Xen users - Jun 2012 - GPLPV msi installer does nothing during setup

Hi all

I''m trying to install drivers GPLPV. The installation process stops and
does nothing. (Here is a screenshot 
http://www.picshare.ru/view/171508/).
I tried to install versions 0.11.0.308 and 0.11.0.357. For 32-bit and 
64-bit systems Windows XP, Windovs Vista and Windows 7. Everywhere the 
same effect.


Can anybody help me?

I regularly use those two versions (.308 in January, .357 since it came
out), with no issues.  My installations are exclusively on Windows 2008 R2
Standard (or Datacenter):

   install OS
   while logged in as Administrator
   start Command Prompt
   --> bcdedit /set testsigning on
   Reboot

I also only use the EN_US (english, US) language version.

I''ve seen that happen on XP before but never Vista/7/2k8. What I
usually do
is verifiy xen platform pci is enabled, I recall for some reason gplpv
looking for this and I also will go into device manager and scan for new
devices and the PV devices will usually pop up with a exclamation mark and
then the install will finish and tell me I need to reboot.
