domU loses incoming network after period of inactivity
I have a domU which is losing incoming network connectivity after ''some period of inactivity'' if i log over console and ping any ip then network goes up magically i found this thread but no solution http://lists.xen.org/archives/html/xen-users/2010-02/msg00455.html centos5(kernel-xen 2.6.18) x86-64 + xen 4.1.2 from gitco i''m using VLANs any advice? -- --------------------------------------- Marek Cervenka =======================================

Are you also using some type o bonding/bridging (e.g. STP)??? What is your hardware? Are you using IOMMU (DMA vitualization)??? We had similar issues while using bonding + IOMMU on DELL R715. Switching OFF DMA virtualization in BIOS magically cured this problem.
