Xen users - Jan 2010 - 64-bit xen constantly reboots on debian lenny 64-bit

I have an interesting problem somebody might be able to help me with. 
When I boot into my freshly installed Xen kernel on a Debian Lenny 
system it continually reboots itself. This is a 64-bit system if that 
makes any difference.

Append "noreboot" to your grub entry and Xen will halt instead of 
rebooting. You''ll then be able to view any error messages. See 
http://wiki.debian.org/Xen#CommonErrors for an example.

If you took the unstable xen-hypervisor-3.4-2, you''re stuck with 
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=559175 . stable 
xen-hypervisor-3.2-1 should work then.

Is it the same problem as described in
http://xen.markmail.org/message/dxj4bmjlmu3yvghl ?
If yes, "pci=nomsi" at the end of vmlinuz module line should fix it.

Okay, I figured it out. If you have the same problem add the following
to the vmlinuz module line in in /boot/grub/menu.list:

acpi=off
