Xen users - Feb 2007 - asus p5w64 ws pro - eth0

hi

there is a new driver on the asus cd shipped with the motherboard but i
can''t compile the module because i can''t find the xen
kernel sources i have Linux xen 2.6.16.29-xs3.1.0.289.2650xen #1 SMP Wed Dec 6
08:11:48 EST 2006 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux

the sk98lin driver is also in the kernel but it''s wrong the eth0
can''t functioning

anybody can help me?

dunno if it helps - i use kubuntu 2.6.17-generic-xen0 (which apparently has 
many 2.6.19 things ported back to it)  - i had lots of issues with this 
driver, but am using skge module (i.e. modprobe skge) - does that help at 
all?
