[Xen-users] how to create RedHat 8.0 raw image from existing Guest OS
Hello all:
I have Xen running with a couple of RedHat 8.0 Gueset OSs running on that. I
would like to create an RedHat 8.0 from one of my exising Guest OS running
RedHat 8.0 so that I can move around this image file on different Xen machines.
I followed the links:
http://www.fedoralegacy.org/docs/yum-rh8.php
http://www.fedoraproject.org/wiki/FedoraXenQuickstart
I am able to install yum-2.0.3-5.rh.fr.i386.rpm on my exisitng Guest OS running
RedHat 8.0.
When in the last step to run the command
yum --installroot=/mnt -y groupinstall Base
according http://www.fedoraproject.org/wiki/FedoraXenQuickstart, I got the
following errors. I omit the other part in the beginning:
