I upgraded my Debian kernel and all the problems went away. It was also obscured
by a bug in my GPLPV drivers that wasn''t reading the ''checksum
offload enabled'' flag from the registry properly which caused problems
of its own, but the linux PV DomU''s were also misbehaving.
