mtrr.h is kept absolutely in sync with the Linux equivalent file. It
also contains lots of private definitions. I''d like to leave it where
it is and either duplicate macros or perhaps move just the sharable
ones out into a shared header file. If it''s just a few then duplicating
them is okay.
