Xen devel - Jun 2006 - [RESEND][PATCH]: Support for fully virtualized SMP guests on Pacifica

The following patch implements the support for   fully virtualized SMP
guests on the AMD Pacifica hardware (svm platform). 

Please apply to both unstable as well as testing.
