[Xen-devel] xen.gz crashing on ubuntu dapper - gcc issue?
Hi, current hg tree keeps crasing on one of my machines. It is an ubuntu dapper. Perhaps, some tools (gcc, binutils,...) are too new? Has anybody an idea? Many thanks in advance, Johnny kernel (hd0,2)/dione/xen.gz dom0_mem=131072 com1=57600,8n1 [Multiboot-elf, <0x100000:0x78004:0x50ffc>, shtab=0x1c9078, entry=0x100000] module (hd0,2)/dione/vmlinuz-2.6.16.15-20060512-nosmp-xen0 root=/dev/mapper/rs2 -ubuntu32--dom0--root ro console=ttyS0,57600 [Multiboot-module @ 0x1ca000, 0x31a970 bytes] module (hd0,2)/dione/initrd.img-2.6.16.15-20060512-nosmp-xen0 [Multiboot-module @ 0x4e5000, 0x90b600 bytes] __ __ _____ ___ _ _ _ \ \/ /___ _ __ |___ / / _ \ _ _ _ __ ___| |_ __ _| |__ | | ___ \ // _ \ ''_ \ |_ \| | | |__| | | | ''_ \/ __| __/ _` | ''_ \| |/ _ \ / \ __/ | | | ___) | |_| |__| |_| | | | \__ \ || (_| | |_) | | __/ /_/\_\___|_| |_| |____(_)___/ \__,_|_| |_|___/\__\__,_|_.__/|_|\___| http://www.cl.cam.ac.uk/netos/xen University of Cambridge Computer Laboratory Xen version 3.0-unstable (root@localdomain) (gcc version 4.0.2 20050808 (prerelease) (Ubuntu 4.0.1-4ubuntu9)) Fri May 12 13:54:59 CEST 2006 Latest ChangeSet: unavailable (XEN) Command line: (hd0,2)/dione/xen.gz dom0_mem=131072 com1=57600,8n1 (XEN) Physical RAM map: (XEN) 0000000000000000 - 00000000000a0000 (usable) (XEN) 00000000000f0000 - 0000000000100000 (reserved) (XEN) 0000000000100000 - 000000001fff0000 (usable) (XEN) 000000001fff0000 - 000000001fff3000 (ACPI NVS) (XEN) 000000001fff3000 - 0000000020000000 (ACPI data) (XEN) 00000000ffb00000 - 0000000100000000 (reserved) (XEN) System RAM: 511MB (523840kB) (XEN) Xen heap: 10MB (10440kB) (XEN) Using scheduler: Simple EDF Scheduler (sedf) (XEN) PAE disabled.
