Xen devel - Apr 2006 - About moving physdev.c to common place

Hi, Keir,
	Is it suitable to move arch/x86/physdev.c to common/physdev.c, 
since currently xen/ia64 is also moving IOSAPIC (similar to IOAPIC) 
from dom0 into xen and thus same set of physdev_ops are required?
We may also define some arch_physdev_op like 
PHYSDEVOP_SET_IOPL only for x86. Even for architectures with 
different interrupt controller, similar operations (may rename) may 
still apply.

	If it''s agreed to do, I''ll work on that.
