Xen devel - Mar 2006 - [PATCH] fix for debugging VMX guest with gdbserver-xen

Hi Ian, Keir,

    The current state of the xen & gdbserver is not able to get the
guest registers and memory correctly. The attached patch adds an
smp_call_cpu_mask() function to call a function on a particular cpu to
get the registers from the cpu context. 

   Also the current gdbserver code does not handle the guest paging
disabled mode properly. This patch also fixes this by adding a
guest_paging state check.
