Folks, The Xen team are pleased to announce the release of Xen 2.0.5 ! This has a number of important fixes over 2.0.4, so we''d definitely recommend upgrading. Notable changes include: * AGP support now enabled by default * nasty save/restore/migrate problem in xend fixed * memory ballooning with config highmem4g kernels now fixed * nasty floating point issue fixed Tomorrow we''ll roll a new version of the graphical demo CD, and also check in a Linux 2.6.11 port to the xen-2.0-testing.bk and xen-unstable.bk trees. I''ve uploaded to incoming, but the 2.0.4 packages from early February are still sitting in NEW, so they haven''t entered unstable yet. ------------------------------------------------------- SF email is sponsored by - The IT Product Guide Read honest & candid reviews on hundreds of IT Products from real users. Do you have an apt config file already set up which will select just those packages from experimental, or am I seeing outdated information? Is there any idea on when the x86_64 stuff will start rearing its ugly head? I have found the Redhat Rawhide RPM''s but they are built on the latest unstablle trees. Has anybody put together a set of RPM''s for the standard RH kernels and Xen 2.0.5? -- Alvin Starr || voice: (416)585-9971 Interlink Connectivity || fax: (416)585-9974 alvin@iplink.net || ------------------------------------------------------- SF email is sponsored by - The IT Product Guide Read honest & candid reviews on hundreds of IT Products from real users.
