Xapian discuss - Jun 2011 - Problem with a web page at gmane.

For some reason the links on that page include the trailing periods so 
clicking on them will give you a 404 error.  Can this be fixed?

Not by us, but if you report it to gmane they may be able to tweak the
URL finding code.

However you're not going to manage to get every mail client out there
fixed to parse URLs from plain-text faultlessly, so it's probably wise
to leave whitespace around them, or enclose them in < and >.
