Off the top of my head I think wx/wxprec.h only works if the platform
you are on supports pre-compiled headers. So it should work fine on
Mac, Win, Linux/BSD but might cause problems on other less mainstream
platforms.
wxWidgets might handle the possible conflict inside wxprec.h.
