wine users - Nov 2011 - Files not being sorted correctly causing graphic glitch

The vst plugins Tyrell, Uhbik and ACE display odd graphic bug, displayed here

If working correctly this should show smooth movement from left to right.

The images for the animation are saved in a folder as separate .png files,
labeled Knob0000.png - Knob0100.png, the images should be loaded into the plugin
numerically on loadup, however within wine it seems they are loaded at random, I
tried removing the word 'Knob' from the start of the image files incase
that was what was confusing it, but the result was the same.

I filed a bug sometime ago but no updates yet

Any ideas of what could be done to get it working correctly?
