I am new in this forum and totally inexperienced about software, electronics etc. so allow me to express some questions of mine, which would have to do with a possible future project. 1) Does anybody know how the profession of the person (who is able to program microchips) called? Is it a computer engineer, or a software engineer, or just a "microchip programmer" engineer, or does it have another name? 2a) If there is here a microchip programmer, i would like to know if he would be able to proceed in the programming of microchips in the side of a small card: (Approximately 25 cm x 20 cm x 1 cm). 2b) could he also make this card operate in another device in the size for example of a calculator? This card should be the "memory and the operating" system of the other device. 2c) could he put in this card information?s that would be up to 1GB. I am sorry if the questions seem to be silly or general. It is the only way i could express them. As i told you i am not an expert in the need of an expert. Any answers about any of those questions, would be much appreciated.

[Wine] Re: Is anybody here a "Microchip Programmer" expert?
I just googled ?microchip programmer? (as John very nicely above showed me ? danke John nein es war nicht so schwierig :) ? and landed on this page of your forum: http://forum.winehq.org/viewtopic.php?t=4036 , you can see there that gogo2520 assumed of a connection with microchip programming, or that is what I thought. gogo2520 wrote:> > > vitamin The reason I wanted to get linux running is so I can study Microchip programming, I like asm for programming but the command is a lot different??I tried to answer directly to that page to gogo but it wasn?t possible. I was hoping that there would also be another person who occupies with that. Thanks anyway for all your answers and your time.
