wine users - Nov 2009 - Photoshop CS4 Issue

Hi
i'm using wine 1.1.31 and i tryed to install ps cs4 by coping it and all the
things that he needs ( such appdata common files ecc... ), it works but i cannot
open/create files because it shows me this error

anyoneknows why ?
