Hi, I am looking for the WINE Microsoft Compatibillity Layer download point,
where is this elusive section?

how you do that could depend on what system your installing it to....  if your
on Linux check for wine and wine-devel in your normal repository.

at winehq.org you can download the source code and compile it yourself...
