wine users - Oct 2009 - Oblivion graphics problem

I'm trying to play Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion using wine, but I'm having
troubles with the graphic. The problems that I'm facing are related in this
bug report http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=17919 and in this ubuntu
forums post http://ubuntuforums.org/showpost.php?p=8082797&postcount=619.
I'm using Ubuntu 9.04 32bit, wine-1.1.31 and a NVIDIA Driver Version 180.44.
And this is a screen shot of what is the problems:

My character has black skin and there is no game scene.
How can I solve this?
