Could someone please confirm whether or not they are able to install
Microsoft? Visual Studio? .NET? 2003 Service Pack 1

Steps:

You don't mention which version of Wine you are using?

Try looking at all of the available Winetricks options.  There just
might be one there for VS.NET 2003sp1, and if memory serves me correctly
there is.
