I have seen screenshots of CorelDRAW X3 running in Wine, but have no idea, how to get this working. How do I convert normal CD version into "portable"? I'd really love to get rid of VirtualBox running WinXP just for CorelDRAW. I would even pay for a complete, step-by-step instructions that will result in CorelDRAW X3 running properly in Wine. My setup: Ubuntu 9.04 Jaunty 64-bit, ext4. -- Cheers, Dave

Just put the cd in and run the installer with wine... http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=5321 apparently it needs 'winetricks mfc42'. -- -Austin
About "The UI Language Registration is invalid", just edit the registry the same way it appears on Windows. It depends on the language, of course. This way you'll get CorelDRAW running, but another strange thing happens, when the program doesn't do nothing, when you try to create a new draw or open a new one just the progression bar go near 80% and stop; don't complete the task.
