Has anyone been able to find a workaround for the Adobe Lightroom 2 Network Drive issues? Lightroom doesn't like installing the main Catalog on the wine c:\ or anything else, for that matter. Scoopy
http://wiki.winehq.org/Patching -- -Austin
forgive me for the dumb questions, but I'm not following these "simple instructions:" on this page http://wiki.winehq.org/Patching. I wonder whether these simply instructions could be filled out a little more for newbies like me?> Simply download the patch (likely from bugzilla, or possibly from e-mail) and copy it to your ~/wine-git folder. Then run:where is the ~/wine-git folder? do I have to create it? or does it reside in another directory? I guess I then run this Code: patch -p1 < patch_name.diff in the terminal but change patch_name.diff to lightroom2patch.txt (this is what I've called the file that i down loaded from here http://www.winehq.org/pipermail/wine-patches/attachments/20080816/ddbce562/attachment.txt)
