I have install Ubuntu recently and Wine. Once I install a Windows application, like Outlook 2003 or Word 2007, on Ubuntu using Wine, will Windows updates for these applications be available? That is, on Windows, periodically updates (security and otherwise) are released to fix bugs in applications, like Outlook and Word (and not just the Windows OS). Is there anyway, on Ubuntu, to get these updates, or do I have to live with the CD version that I installed? Thanks much.
