wine users - Dec 2008 - Downloading winelib??

Hi,

Can anyone tell me how to install winelib? I cannot find it anywhere on the
winelib website. Or does it come with Wine?

Ok, so if I download wine then I get winelib, yes?

I need to use winelib to port my windows application to Solaris 10, Sparc, is
that possible?
