wine users - Mar 2007 - Error messages on installing from CD.

On trying to install Dragon Naturally Speaking 7 from a CD under Wine, I get
the following errors:

P.S.  I get exactly the same errors when trying to install from a dump of
the CD contents to my hard drive.  Got it with Wine 0.9.12, 13, 14.
