wine users - Jul 2006 - Lotus Notes 6.5.1 under Wine 0.16 ... missing icones

Hi!

 We try to use Lotus Notes 6.5.1 under Wine 0.16 ... and some icone did
not appear.. i attached to this  email an example (black square in the
bottom,sould be an pdf icon or someting similar and the icone of home
(near bienvenue))... Who could resolv this issue ?

I made a quick patch against current CVS code and now this bug (4863
from bugzilla) seems to be fixed, but I haven't yet submitted it as an
official patch:

Can you, or someone else, using some app with lots of icons (like
Lotus Notes) test this patch and then post any problems in bugzilla or
in this list?
