wine users - Mar 2006 - Can wine run .com files?

Does Wine have the ability to run DOS .com files?
Specifically I wish to run 4dos.com which is a command.com replacement.

you dont need command.com at all with wine,
why would you run a replacement for it ?

Did you try to alter the settings (dosbox.cnf)?
Is Worms (really) a DOS program or a windows program?
