wine users - Nov 2005 - 16-bit support missing

Hi All

I have installed Wine on Slackware 10.2 and want test windows based
application on my system using Wine, but getting following error;

winevdm: unable to exec 'SETUP.EXE': 16-bit support missing

Need Help!
