Yes, here is my script files to use wine :
 
export WINE=/home/gerard/win/wine
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$WINE:$WINE/dlls:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH
export WINEPREFIX=/home/gerard/.wine
export PS1='wine:'
cd /home/gerard/win/wine
bash                 

and:

export WINE=/home/gerard/win/wine2
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$WINE:$WINE/dlls:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH
export WINEPREFIX=/home/gerard/.wine2
export PS1='wine2:'
cd /home/gerard/win/wine2
bash

Yes.  Put it in a different directory and use WINEPREFIX in the
environment.

WINEPREFIX=~/blah wine foo.exe

will run foo.exe using the config file blah/config in your home
directory - if you use bash for your shell.  If you use some other
shell, you should be able to figure out how to set an environment
variable with it.

Read man wine if you don't believe me.  ICBW, you know.

Read it anyway.  It is a pretty good man page, if I do say so myself.
