win32utils devel - Jan 2005 - Ruby 1.8.2 and win32-open3

FYI

It looks like the test suite for win32-open3 segfaults with the latest 
Windows installer.  Ugh.

I''ll take a look at that this week.  So much for getting 0.2.0 out the
door
tonight.

Upon further review, this appears to be a VC++ 6 vs 7 issue.  I had no
problems on my WinXP Pro box using VC++ 7.

I''ll make a note in the "Known Bugs" section of the docs.
